Ingredients:
4- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 ½ Cups Bread Crumbs
6 cloves of Garlic Pressed
1 Stick of Butter melted
4 Tablespoons of Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions: Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chicken and pat dry with a paper towel. Then in a bowl combine melted butter and 6 cloves of pressed garlic. On a plate combine the bread crumbs and the parmesan cheese. Then dip each chicken breast in the butter mixture and then cover it completely in the bread crumb mixture. Place the chicken in baking dish and bake for one hour. Chicken is always moist and juicy.

I wonder if mayo would work like I do on fish, for those of us who have to watch our cholesterol? You sure can't go wrong with garlic though!
I made this tonight substituting an equal amount of Smart Balance mayo for the butter. Not only did it work well, but it was delicious! Love that garlic!
We had this when Mom & Dad were visiting. Tasty! I can't wait to try the rest of the recipes.
