1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 large pkg. chocolate instatnt pudding
1 1/2 C. water
1/2 C. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in mixing bowl. Mix on low 3-5 mins. Grease & flour a bundt or tube cake pan. Stir chocolate chips into cake batter & pour into pan. Bake @ 325 degrees for 55-60 mins. Let set 25 mins. & turn onto cake plate.

Larry was impressed! It's still one of my faves too. And because there is no such thing as too much chocolate, I drizzled it with a chocolate glaze from my trusty BH & G cookbook and threw in the whole 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips!
