Lettuce (any type)
Raw toasted Almonds
1 orange
Avocado (optional)
Carrots and/or Red bell Pepper
Frozen Edamame beans, (unfrozen of course)
1 block baked tofu (I use Soy Deli brand)
Asian Dressing (Feast From the East Brand from Costco is my fav)
